Stockland Forster is located on the mid-north coast of NSW and services a main trade area of approximately 36,100 people. The Centre has a GLA of 39,014sqm and is anchored by fantastic major tenants including Aldi, Coles, Woolworths, Kmart and Target Country plus over 70 specialty stores to cater for the everyday shopping needs of our local community as well as the seasonal tourist market.

Stockland Forster also offers an outdoor takeaway food/ café precinct conveniently located next to our children’s play area. The adjoining Retail Park offers 7 large format bulky goods retailers including Rezzie Betta Electrical, Bunnings Warehouse, Petbarn, Jax Tyres and Anytime Fitness.

Forster Bowling Club

Forster Bowling Club was established in 1954. The club has a Chinese Restaurant which is open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. The club also has a coffee shop which offers a range of cakes and light meals. The club has bingo on Mondays. Raffles are held on Thursday & Friday nights. Saturday and Sunday afternoons. We have a courtesy bus for those who do not want to drive which covers the area from Forster Keys to Tuncurry, bookings are essential.

At the Entertainment Centre the club has a dinosaur themed 9 hole putt putt course, New York street styled laser skirmish, tenpin bowling lanes and amusement machines.

The club has recently expanded their portfolio and purchased the Palms Motel which has 36 rooms, pool, function room, etc we have different packages some of those already created are for families, seniors, & bowlers, which will bring more visitors to our Club. The packages include the motel, the entertainment centre and club.

Members of the club also receive a 10% deposit on any bookings made in their names.

Concept Design Kitchens

Concept Design Kitchens and Joinery is owned and managed by Tod Gribble. Tod has been in the industry since 1999 and provides a first class range of services including, kitchen design and manufacturing, all joinery and cabinetry to a very high standard.

Tod’s work ethic is complemented by a keen eye for detail and innovative design concepts. His introduction to the trade was provided by his grandfather, a craftsman in cabinetry and furniture making and restoration, as well as an honorary member of the Australian Institute of Construction Supervisors. In 2005, Tod completed his apprenticeship and was recognised for his dedication and quality of workmanship in receiving the HRATA award for Trainee of the Year.

Concept Kitchens and Joinery offers state of the art designs and a focus on satisfying client requests.

In November 2015 my business partner and I purchased the existing dealership and named it Mid Coast Automotive Group. We are franchisee’s for Ford, Nissan, Isuzu Ute, and Kia as well as a huge range of pre-owned vehicles.

We employ 50 local people who sell, service, supply parts, and provide finance for the vehicles we sell.

 Over this time the business has won many awards from the franchise’s we represent, as well as being announced Business Leader a couple of years ago at these awards.

KEDWELL CONSTRUCTIONS

Dave Kedwell started his own business in 1986 in Taree and contracted for larger companies with an emphasis on pre-cast concrete structures.

Since 1992 Kedwell Constructions has designed and /or constructed over 50 precast concrete structures in the Taree, Forster, Port Macquarie and Tea Gardens areas.

Some of their projects include. — MID COAST FORD-2000. EVERYDAY LIVING COMPLEX- 2002. SUPERCHEAP AUTO.- 2003. TAREE MOTORAMA OFFICE , WORKSHOP - 2004. TAREE MERCEDES- 2005. TAREE HIGHWAY SERVICE CENTRE— 2008. BUNNINGS—2009. TRADELINK—2010. TEA GARDENS WATER TREATMENT PLANT— 2012. OFFICEWORKS—2014. V W SHOWROOM—2015. TUNCURRY H S V— 2016. TAREE HOCKEY CLUB EXTENSION—2017, as well as many other largeindustrial and commercial building,s and some tilt up houses.

Kedwell Constructions became a company in 2014 with Dave and son Dion being directors. They have a core group of only 6 employees and turn over between $1 million to $3 million worth of contracts each year.

In the last 25 years Kedwell Constructions have put 16 apprentices through their time and have supported many charities and local sporting bodies.

They are currently constructing 1,000 square metres of wall panels for a major extension to St Claire’s High School.
