How to enter
1. To enter the Coastline Credit Union MidCoast Business Awards all applicants must read and understand the terms and conditions and complete the entry form for your chosen category.
2. All submissions are to be lodged through the online portal https://midcoast.awardsplatform.com/
3. By lodging your submission, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of entry.
4. Your entry must be submitted by 5pm AEST on Sunday, 14th July 2024.
Entry eligibility
Entrants into the Award must operate as a sole trader, partnership or have a registered business address located or servicing the MidCoast, NSW.
Entrants for some awards may be required to hold membership with a local business chamber.
Terms and Conditions of Entry
4.1. All entries for consideration must be lodged online and include the required information before the closing date.
4.2. The Awards committee reserves the right to declare any entry ineligible, if during the term of the award process your entry form is incomplete or deficient, false or misleading in any way.
4.3 By lodging your submission through the portal, the successful winners consent to their application being submitted to the Mid North Coast Regional Business Awards for the corresponding category. Applicants understand that they may be competing against multiple winners from the local awards in the regional awards due to an overlap in Award Categories.
4.4 Applicants are advised that the awards are judged by an independent panel of judges from outside the region and their decision is final.
4.5 Applicants consent to being contacted by the "The Organiser" by phone and email if further information is required.
Confidentiality
7.1. All information provided in the entry form will be used for the purpose of judging only and will be treated as commercial-in-confidence.
7.2. If you are selected as a finalist, information provided in the entry (excluding financial information) will be used for the purpose of promoting the Awards and your business. Applicants consent to logos, websites, information and photos being used to promote the finalist business.
Waiver
MidCoast Business Award Committee and Forster Tuncurry Business Chamber ("The Organiser") does not have any influence or control over the judging process. All eligible entries will be submitted for judging and "The Organiser" takes no responsibility for the content submitted or outcome of each application.
